The Financial Operations (FOPs) Manager will report directly to the COO and be responsible for operationalizing the vision of the CEO and COO to ensure we have scalable processes and structure for all financial functions including but not limited to: monthly reconciliation, billing, fundraising (i.e. financial modeling), compensation models, and customer business models.
The intent is to have the FOPs Manager be the foundational position upon which we build a strong financial team as we continue to scale into several new healthcare verticals over the next twelve months. Due to the speed of our growth, we are seeking a candidate who has (1) transactional experience in healthcare technology (i.e. SaaS business models), (2) experience in a startup environment, and (3) is extremely proactive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cashflow, supporting the billing process in collaboration with the customer success team, own the financial model for fundraising and investor engagement, gathering and prioritizing financial requirements from all departments, managing financial data requirements, and developing quarterly financial updates to the board and significant investors. The role also includes working collaboratively with sales, marketing and customer success to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, and that the product fully supports our strategy and goals from a financial perspective.
